Diamond shape diamond cluster ring

This unusual cluster ring is in 18ct white gold with a central round brilliant cut diamond in a four-claw setting, weighing 0.40ct. The central diamond is surrounded by sixteen micro claw set, round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.12ct. The whole cluster is turned 90 degrees to give a diamond shape.
