Oval sapphire and round diamond pendant and chain

This beautiful 18ct white gold pendant has an oval cut sapphire in a four claw setting, weighing approximately 2.72ct. The pendant has a four claw set round brilliant cut diamond to the top weighing approximately 0.36ct which has the Spiga link chain running behind it. The chain is approximately 17 inches long and is in 18ct white gold also.
