Purple sapphire and diamond ring

This unusual cushion shape, cluster ring has a central purple sapphire set with four split claws weighing 2.29ct. It is surrounded by twenty-four round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings and flanked by diamond set shoulders, each containing seven round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings, with a total diamond weight of 0.33ct. The ring is crafted in 18ct white gold and ‘Wed fit’ allowing another ring to lay flush next to it.
