Unusual sapphire and diamond circular pendant and chain

This unusual pendant has four claw set marquise cut sapphires in a circular pattern, with a square cut sapphire set centrally below them, giving the appearance of a singular circular gemstone. The sapphires are surrounded by twenty micro claw set, round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant runs on a fine trace link chain approximately 17 inches long, with a 1½ inch extender chain that has an open-heart final detail. The chain and pendant are crafted in 14ct white gold (tested as).
